οThe Limitation and Responsibility of Trading Master: After become a Trading Master:
1. Master should take short position periodically to validate copy relation established when "holding a position" (in order to ensure the P/L proportion of master and copier are perfectly consistent).
2. Could not use the copy function.
3. Could not copy CG master.
4. Master could not withdraw and deposit if copier has copied orders (withdraw and deposit is allowed after unwind).
5. Monthly trade should be ≥12 lots ( to attract continuing focus of the copiers).
6. Please optimize your avatar and profile (to win copiers' trust)
7. Masters couldn't conduct "Partial Unwinding" on MT4 temporarily.(For example: If you currently hold 1 lot XAUUSD, you can't close 0.2 lot or 0.X lot, but only close 1 lot as a whole for one time.)
8. Master cannot trade index and gas.

οHow about the Earnings?: 1. Trading master could collect performance fee from his copiers.
2. The proportion of performance fee is flexible and decided by the trading master himself.

οWeb Master leaderboard listing rules(rules will be tightened): 1. Masters with negative profit will not be listed.
2. Masters with equity less than $1000 will not be listed.
3. Master with ability score less than 200 will not be listed.

Party A：Formax International Market Limited

Party B: Formax Copy Platform User

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, Formax International Market Limited (hereinafter refer to as “Party A”) and Party B (Copy Platform User) have, based on the principles of equality, willingness, fairness and good faith, entered into the following Agreement concerning issues related to using Formax Copy platform (hereinafter refer to as “Site”) to protect mutual interests. Party B’s use of any services= of the Site indicates Party B’s agreement to the following terms and services of the Site. If Party B does not agree with the following terms and conditions, Party B shall cease to use the site immediately.

Article 1 Assignment and Modification

The Agreement contains the following terms and rules that have been posted or will be posted by the Site. All rules are integral part of the Agreement, and shall have the same legal binding force with the Agreement.
The Agreement is signed by both you and the Site, applicable to all your activities in the Site. You use of the Site acknowledges that you have read, understood and accepted all the terms and rules of the Agreement.
The Site reserves the right to modify the Agreement or make and modify rules according to the Agreement and post the modified Agreement or rules on the relevant part of the Site as needed from time to time without notifying you.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Agreement and rules for any modification and Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any modification to this Agreement and rules acknowledges that you have read, understood and accepted the modified Agreement and rules and agree to be borne by the same when using the Site.
Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed authorization and ratification of the Agreement and relevant rules. If you do not agree to the Agreement following any modification, you shall cease to use the Site.
This Agreement does not involve any legal relationship or legal disputes caused by online transaction between you and other users of the Site. The Site will not be related or responsible for any disputes between users of the Site or users of the Site and other third Parties.

Article 2 Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Party A shall provide necessary conditions for operating the Site including corresponding personnel, business place, equipment, functions and relevant services.
Party A shall be responsible for designating people to maintain the Site and provide telephone technique support in trading days, contact information (0064-9-6019665) and online customer service for consultation.
Party B, as the registered user of Party A, with real identity, uses the Site services to invest independently and voluntarily on a basis of understanding and accepting investment risks and agrees to and abide by supplementary using terms of the Site.
Party B shall fully understand its own obligations and risks existed when using the services provided by Party A.
Party A shall explain the usage and process of the system and services provided by the Site by website notices or any other means, but shall not conduct false advertising.
You shall promise to use the services and contents provided by the Site legally and shall not, by using the Site, conduct any activities which is unauthorized or may infringe other people’s lawful benefits, or violate laws, regulations and rules of the PRC and government normative documents. All losses and responsibilities caused by entering the unpublished system of the Site without permission or inappropriate use of account password or any content on the Site shall be borne by Party B at its own.
The Site bears no responsibility of monitoring website contents, but you shall confirm and agree that the Site reserves the right to reveal, modify or delete necessary information as required by laws, regulations and government request from time to time in order to operate the Site better and protect the Site itself and other legal users of the Site.
The transaction state confirmed by Party B according to service process on the Site will be deemed clear instructions for the Site to conduct relevant transactions or operations (including but not limited ERP data authorization and ERP data extraction, etc.). Party B shall agree that the Site reserves the right, based on relevant instructions, to process related issues in accordance with the Agreement and/or relevant documents and rules.

Article 3 Contents of Service

The services provided by Party A includes but not limited to the following functions:
- Providing Party B with service channels of applying to become or give up the title of Forex Trade Master.
- Providing Party B with service channels of copying trade master, giving up copying trade master and being copied by other users.
- Providing Party B with service channels of settlement and clearance after becoming a trade master.
- Providing Party B with service channels of master qualification verification and elimination.
Party B can choose the services stated above on the basis of fully understanding the services and risks.
Party A reserves the right to cancel the title of the trade master who is unqualified at any time as required by operational needs.

Chapter 4 Risk Disclosure

The Site reserves the right to temporarily pause, limit and alter partial services and functions provided by the Site given the consideration for operation and transaction security.
Your continued use of the Site after any reduction, addition or modification to the existing services acknowledges that you agree with the current or modified Agreement.
Given any conditions, the Site and its share holders, founders, senior staff, board directors, representatives, partnership firms, parent firms, subsidiary firms and employees(hereinafter refer to as "the Site side“) shall not, in express or implied ways, bear any legal responsibility for any direct or indirect losses resulted from your use of the services provided by the Site. The losses include but not limited to capital and profit loss, service disruption loss and so on. The Site does not guarantee the sufficiency, timeliness, completeness and validity of the website content and shall be exempted from any legal responsibility arise from it.
Party B will fully authorize Party A to conduct account clearing between each other. For any clearing fault, Party A shall make objective rectification to the case immediately based on actual market data and Party B shall not therefore complaint and require additional compensation. Party A is responsible for fixing data but bear no responsibility for additional compensation.
The Site may experience rare cases of service suspension due to technical reasons. Party A will take timely action to fix and restore the data and services, making sure Party B's data intact and the services resume, but Party A shall not be responsible for any additional compensation request.
When the execution and clearing data is inaccurate due to rapid movements of the market, Party A shall be responsible for taking timely measures to fix Party B's data based on actually market condition, but Party A shall not be responsible for any additional compensation incurred by fixing the data.
The Site does not guarantee the profitability, reliability and stability of the master and shall not bear no compensation liability for any investment loss caused by using the Site to Party B.
Party B should make judgment at own discretion regarding the contents, products, advertisements and any other information provided by the Site or other third parties and shall bear risks thereof, and Party A will not bear any liability arise from such information.
牛人暂时不能在MT4段使用“部分平仓”功能，若用户坚持使用“部分平仓”，我司有权直接取消用户牛人身份或直接冻结用户帐户。

Chapter 5 Electronic Agreement

The agreement needed to do transactions on the Site is completed electronically. There will be one or multiple copies and each of them carries equivalent legal force.
Electronic agreement confirmed or sighed on the Site by Party B or agent of Party B according to related agreement and rules of the Site is deemed true intention of Party B and shall have legal forces.
Party B shall keep his/her account information including password and user name confidential and shall not deny the signed agreement or refuse to perform related obligations stipulated in the Agreement for reasons of stolen of account information or other.
The Site provides Party B with services of electronic agreement safekeeping, query and verification, and all questions concerning the authenticity or content of the electronic agreement can be verified by checking related agreement on relevant part of the Site. Any dispute arises from it shall subject to the Agreement recorded by the Site.

Article 6 User Information and Privacy Protection

.In the registration, Party B is obligated to provide his/her real information and guarantee the validity, safety and timeliness of such information including email address, telephone number, residential address, post code, etc. so that the Site can make contact with Party B timely and effectively. Party B shall bear full responsibilities for any unfavorable consequences including economic losses and additional fee caused by being unable to be reached through these contact information when using the Site.
Party B shall grant the Site the right to use his/her personal information (including but not limited to personal record stored on this Site, historical browsing activities information and other retrieved information) to resolve and moderate disputes, ensure safe transactions and perform the Agreement and related rules of the Site.
The Site reserves the right to investigate multiple users to identify problems and resolve disputes, especially to verify the personal record of Party B to differentiate users with multiple accounts. To restrain the fraud, illegal and crime activities which may danger the site, Party B shall grant the site the permission to use manual or programmable ways to evaluate her/his profile.
You agree the Site to use your personal contact information to reach you for promoting some information which may interests you such as targeted advertisement, administrative and operational notification and product information. Your acceptance of this Agreement deems your permission to receive the above information.
You shall keep your user name and password confidential after successful registration and you shall confirm that all activities on the Site of neither yourself nor your agent by using your user name and password represent yourself and any legal consequence generated thereby shall be borne by yourself.
The Site will protect, use or disclose authorized personal information provided by you or collected by the Site itself according to relevant rules stipulated in the Agreement. The Site will protect you personal information by adopting industry standard practice, but the Site will not guarantee your personal communications and other personal information will not be leaked through ways that are not stated in the Agreement due to technology limitation.
Your use of the Site for transaction indicates that you have authorized Party A to disclose your necessary personal and transaction information including but not limited to real name, contact information and credit condition to a third Party or cooperative institutions of the Site (restricted to institutions cooperated with to provide services to you only).
Party B shall agree to not use the personal information of other users obtained by signing relevant agreements or any other means for any other purpose except such information is required to disclose in accordance with applicable laws and regulations or by courts or government departments of competent jurisdiction.
In case that the Agreement is not able to be fully or timely performed by any of the Parties due to fire, earthquake, plague, civil unrest, and other unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable force majeure circumstances, or uncontrollable and unforeseen system failure, equipment fault, communication fault, power fault and other abnormal accidents, or other factors, such as newly issued, implemented or amended laws, legislation, regulations, rules and policies, etc., the relevant obligations shall be exempted. In case of force majeure, abnormal accidents or policy changes, the affected party or parties shall notify the other party of the accident in writing and send the evidence within X days from the accident.

Article 7 Customer Service

Party A shall streamline the process to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Party A shall fully respect and follow the procedures and rules to provide prompt and proactive services to any customer complaints.

Article 8 Breach and Termination of Agreement

Both Parties shall negotiate the compensation liability if any of the Parties breaches the Agreement and causes losses to the other. If any of the Parties violates the Agreement and causes the failure of the performance of the Agreement, the non-breaching Party shall be entitled to dissolute the Agreement and claim for compensation.
Both Parties shall be entitled to dissolute the Agreement. The Party which claims to dissolute the Agreement shall notify the other Party in writing one month prior to the dissolution of the Agreement except situations stipulated by the Agreement.
If any of the Parties could not engage in related services due to the loss of professional qualifications or as laws required, this Agreement shall be automatically terminated.
All follow-up issues like payment of related fees shall be properly handled by both Parties through negotiations after the dissolution or termination of the Agreement.

Article 9 Other Agreements

Both Parties shall be obligated to keep confidential any information of the other Party and users obtained from the Site.
The circumstance that related government departments require the Site to provide or query or relevant documents and information according to law shall not be governed by the terms stated above.
The signing and validity of this Agreement and the dispute resolution under this Agreement shall be governed by the laws, regulations and other relevant rules of PRC.
In case of any modification for relevant laws, legislation, regulations and rules, the related contents and terms of the Agreement shall be automatically invalid and will be dealt with in accordance the with the modified laws, legislation, regulations and rules, but other contents and terms of the Agreement shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
All disputes in connection with this Agreement or the execution thereof shall be settled friendly through negotiation between the Parties.In case no settlement can reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission
(Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration)
for arbitration.
Supplement agreement may be entered into between the Parties through consultation for issues not settled in the Agreement, which shall have the same legal force with the Agreement.
The Agreement shall be effective with the day of Party B using the Site on the basis of independence and willingness after confirmation.
